Chef Joe Cuarentas has worked and gained experience cooking in various restaurants in the Philippines, Japan and United Kingdom.

He worked in restaurants such as  Chi Kitchen and SticknSushi in London. He also worked part time as a Chef de Partie in Corporate events.

 

During his career, Chef Joe developed his skills learning tastes and techniques through exchanges of knowledge and ideas with many friends and colleagues that he met along the way. And he loves to experiment on different flavors that will surely satisfy his customers taste buds.
